8 Tires/Tandem Dual

We sell a variety of in stock heavy duty gooseneck 'tandem dual' beavertail deckover trailers in a 20000-30000# GVW.  Brands include Sure Trac, Lamar, Big Tex, and Ironbull.  Locations in Carlisle (Harrisburg) and Irwin (Pittsburgh) PA, we service most surrounding states, including MD, DE, NY, MA, CT, VA, OH, and WV.  Our most common length in this class (2-10000, 2-12000, 2-15000# axles, 8 tires) 25-40'.  Generally a trailer will weigh about 6500#/25', 7300#/30', 8700#/40', leaving roughly 14000-23500# of available payload + tongue weight (roughly 22% GVW, more on longer units).  Most common for loading heavy duty equipment or general freight.  Ideal tow vehicle is a 1 ton dually, 4500/5500 or better on the 30K's.  Most trailers in this class will have full width ramps (equipment) or slide in ramps (freight), but we also occasionally stock traditional flipover ramps and hydraulic dovetails.  Everything we stock is built on an I-beam frame.  Some brands/models have a pierced I-beam (usually treadplate over the wheel wells vs. all wood deck), which lowers the deck height to 32", as opposed to a standard 36" deck height.  Inventory will have a gooseneck 2 5/16" coupler, but if you have a cab chassis we can switch to a 5th wheel.  Anything in this class trailer will require a CDL.  Units over 26000# GVW are subject to 12% FET tax (Federal Excise Tax), not including in listed prices.  Everything listed is in stock inventory unless stated otherwise, call to confirm availability.  Price shown for cash/check/finance sale, we have no doc, prep, or freight charge.
