ALUMINUM CAR HAULER TRAILER
The Aluminum Car Hauler trailer is a lightweight, low maintenance alternative to the steel version. It is available with 7000lb, 9900lb or 14000lb GVWR. As a lighter weight trailer, it offers a slightly higher payload capacity than steel. It is a great choice for maximizing your load. Upgrade to an aluminum extruded deck and outriggers to make it the ultimate Aluminum Car Hauler trailer.

If you like a traditional car hauler with slide out ramps, but like the lighter weight, good looks, and corrosion resistance of aluminum, this is your trailer. This is a heavy duty aluminum car hauler trailer. In fact, this trailer has the identical frame/features as our equipment hauler except it has slide in ramps instead of stand up ramps. It is a well equipped trailer with pretty solid craftsmanship. A very beefy 8" channel frame, coupled with a 9990# axle upgrade, aluminum wheels, very easy to remove fenders, 7000# drop leg jack, etc., make this a very capable HD car hauler at an excellent value.

It is available in a 7000#, 9900#, and 14000# GVW. The chassis is very similar to H&H tilt aluminum car hauler model as it shares the same tongue/mainframe, and a fair amount of similar features. The trailer is equipped with a rubrail and stake pockets giving a virtually an unlimited number of tie-down locations. The 6" channel full wrap tongue and 8" channel mainframe make this a fairly rugged 9990# aluminum trailer. It surely won't win any awards for being a "lightweight" aluminum model, albeit about 30% less than it's steel counterpart. That said, the frame provides a rugged platform for a user that has a variety of intended uses beyond just a show car. We like the way the slimline lights and new bullet LED lights give the trailer a tidy, sleek look. The removable fenders are well engineered for a quick and easy, yet secure deployment. The 7x20 9990# model weighs in about 1980#, leaving a net legal payload of approximately 8000# + tongue weight. The ideal tow vehicle would be a half or three quarter ton truck, but could also be pulled by a handful of other vehicles depending on the load being hauled. This is a very capable heavy duty aluminum car hauler with exceptional features and craftsmanship for the price. ALUMINUM WHEELS ARE NOW A STANDARD FEATURE ON THIS MODEL!
